Search analytics

Prompt Nation may store search terms, result counts and selected search filters to understand what visitors are looking for and improve the prompt library. Search analytics do not store raw IP addresses. Email-address-like and long-number patterns entered into search are masked before storage.

Technical diagnostics

The site keeps limited runtime error logs for reliability and troubleshooting. These logs are designed not to record raw IP addresses, cookies, session contents, POST form bodies, authorization headers, API keys or environment variables. Error records may include a request ID, page path, error message, source file and line number.

Cookies and administrator sessions

Administrative areas use a secure session cookie for authentication. Public advertising or consent technologies may use additional cookies or local storage only when those services are enabled.

Advertising

Prompt Nation is designed to support advertising, including Google AdSense, but advertising may be disabled while the site is being configured or reviewed. If advertising is enabled, this page and the consent experience will identify the applicable advertising technology.

External links and services

Prompt pages may refer to third-party AI products or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; Prompt Nation does not control those services.

Data retention

Operational records are retained only as needed for site reliability, security, content planning and publishing workflows. Diagnostic logs rotate automatically to limit uncontrolled growth.
