Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of PromptNation.net, Prompt Nation content and optional tools or integrations made available through the service.
1. Using Prompt Nation
Prompt Nation provides AI prompt discovery, creative examples, educational material and related workflow tools. You may use the public site for lawful personal or commercial creative work, subject to these Terms and any rules of the AI tools, social platforms or other third-party services you choose to use.
2. Prompts and generated results
Prompt Nation provides prompts and examples as creative resources. Results produced by third-party AI systems can vary and are not guaranteed to match an example image or description. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using, publishing or relying on it.
3. Third-party services
Prompt Nation may reference or connect to third-party services including AI platforms and social networks. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability rules and technical limits. Prompt Nation is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, moderation decisions or changes to their services.
4. Social account connections and publishing
If you connect a social account, you authorize Prompt Nation to use the permissions you approve for the purpose shown in the interface, such as sending a generated social video to TikTok as an upload or draft. Prompt Nation will not request your social-platform password through the site.
You remain responsible for reviewing the content, caption, privacy settings and other publishing options before final publication when the connected platform requires your confirmation. A successful transfer to a platform does not guarantee that the platform will publish, keep available or recommend the content.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Prompt Nation to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse connected-platform APIs, or misrepresent Prompt Nation as affiliated with a third party when no such affiliation exists.
6. Intellectual property
The Prompt Nation name, branding, site design and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners. Unless a page states otherwise, using a prompt does not transfer ownership of Prompt Nation branding or site content.
7. Availability and changes
Prompt Nation may add, change, suspend or remove features, prompts, integrations or publishing workflows. We may also update these Terms when the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Prompt Nation aims to provide useful, high-quality creative resources but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific AI outputs, search-engine rankings, social-platform reach, monetization results or compatibility with every third-party model or platform.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prompt Nation is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party services, generated content, publishing decisions, account restrictions or reliance on information provided through the service.
10. Account and integration security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of accounts and devices you control. If you believe a connected account or authorization token has been compromised, revoke the connection through the relevant platform and contact Prompt Nation.
